About the Owner
Our dental laboratory is owned and operated by Doug Kappel, a Certified Dental Technician (CDT) for more than 30 years, with the assistance of his son Zach. Doug has been practicing in the dental prosthetics field for more than 40 years. Additionally, he is a member of the National Association of Dental Laboratories (NADL) and the Texas Dental Lab Association.
Kappel Dental Arts Was Founded in 1997 by Doug Kappel
Mr. Kappel is a vietnam veteran that joined the dental tech career path after he departed from the military. He commenced Kappel Dental Arts in hopes to start a new dental lab that can not only generate the most desirable quality of restorations but he also yearned for first-class customer service that he caters to his doctors.
